Questions

Good to know

When should dilapidation photos be taken?

Before any demolition, excavation or building starts nearby, and again when the works are finished.

Do I need a plan?

It helps: a floor plan, site plan or map. If you don't have one, tell us.

Who can see the photos?

Only the people you approve. We handle your information under POPIA.

Is this an engineering report?

No. It's a dated photographic record. A qualified professional assesses any claim using our photos.

Can I keep a copy?

Yes. Ask for the official copy: one file that opens in any browser, even offline.
